Kevin Boyle Yoga respects your right to privacy and comply with the obligations under the European data protection acts.

This privacy statement and all issues regarding this website are governed exclusively by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

I do not store your credit card information, number, expiry date or CVV security code on my servers. To ensure optimal security, I use a third party (Stripe.com) for all credit card billing. Stripe uses a PCI-DSS compliant SSL platform, secured by encryption and authentication. I take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your personal data.

I collect GDPR compliant data for the purpose of my community mailing list. There is no obligation for you to sign-up for this.

I use personal data to provide you with services you have signed-up for and to update you on new services via said newsletter, if opted-in. No data is sold or shared. I only hold personal information that is voluntarily submitted to me.

a. Personal Data - This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, email address, user IP addresses in circumstances where they have not been deleted, clipped or anonymised.

b. Non-Personal Data - I use non-personal data gathered from visitors to my website to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and how I can provide services best suited to the preferences of those visitors.

The ‘website’ uses cookies to improve the quality of my service. You may decline using these, via your browser, but this may adversely affect the functions of the website.
